AIS will service the Southern Callifornia area needs from our Poway Office and the Arizona area from our Yuma Office.

For customers in the Greater Los Angeles area we will service a same day round trip at our cost.  Overnight stay(s) will be charged to the customer.  The Greater San Jose and Bay area of San Francisco, Portland, Seattle, and Sacremento  area cities will be charged the appropriate air fares and, if necessary, overnight stays.  Any additional days will incur an agreed upon fee.

Domestic areas outside the states of California and Arizona will be supported normally via telephone unless special arrangements are made.

International support will be via telephone.  Any travel and hotel stays to and from will be paid by the customer at an agreed amount fee.
